Our Beliefs

At Unify Church, our beliefs are rooted in the Bible and centered on Jesus Christ. These truths shape who we are, they shape how we live and interact with others, and they shape why and how we gather.
While we welcome people from all backgrounds and walks of life, these foundational beliefs guide our teaching, decisions, and mission as a church family.
Scripture
- We believe that the Bible is the inspired, inerrant, and infallible Word of God1.
God the Father, God the Son (Jesus), God the Holy Spirit
- We believe that there’s only one True God revealed in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.2
- We believe that Jesus is the Son of God. He was both 100% human and 100% God.3
Salvation & The Gospel
- We believe that humanity’s relationship with God, which was lost during the fall of man, can only be restored through Salvation in Jesus Christ.4
- We believe that the Holy Spirit empowers believers to accomplish God’s purposes and to take the Good News of the Gospel to the world.5
Humanity & Mankind
- We believe that marriage is a covenant relationship between one man and one woman.6
- We believe that gender is created by God, it is not a human invention or social construct. God created two distinct genders (male and female). Both bear the image of God, meaning they have equal worth, dignity, and value before Him.7
Church & Sacraments
- We practice water-immersion Baptism in the name of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.8
- We observe the practice of Holy Communion (the Lord’s Supper) as a symbol of Christ’s suffering and death for our salvation.9
Last Things
- We believe in Christ’s Return and Millennial Reign on Earth.10
- We believe in the New Heaven and New Earth prepared for those who accepted Christ and an eternal dwelling with God.11
